Builder: Sterling Bilder Developers-Emily Sterling and son Josh Bilder represent the second and third generation of the family involved in building a better Richmond. Their father and grandfather, Larry Sterling, was a contractor in Richmond for over fifty years. Emily and Josh have begun developing in the historic neighborhoods out of love for the history of the city. The land on 19th was discovered by them during a search for their roots. Their maternal great grandfather was born on Church Hill and had a furniture store a block away from what is now Sterling Row. They put their hearts into their work and have made a beautiful addition to the neighborhood.
